Would like to hear how it compares to the DO sagamore after you've had a few pours. The DO starlight bourbon is great.

This has more of a higher rye mashbill, but it’s interesting. I get the rye spice and then, almost cream vanilla, and the lingering rye spice. It’s delish.

1PD. Buddy brought this back for me from Utah. I’ve been down on HW lately, but this is actually pretty fricking complex and delicious. While other recent releases have been thin to me, this one comes with some good depth.

Not gonna lie yall, working for Brown-Forman I’ve been spoiled. Spent the last two weeks learning from Chris Morris, Elizabeth McCall, Chris Fletcher and Lexie Phillips. All stupid smart. Got to try 11 year old Woodford Masters collection that was 150 proof and the first ever Baccarat barrel from Woodford

It’s really warm at 116 proof, no. 5 char stays for a long time. Flavors are all over the place, I believe it should be aged longer…
