Northshore Drinkup was a success. We did a 5 bottle blind challenge with the following results.
1. GTS
2. Willet 9yr
3. Joseph Magnus barrel pick
4. Turkey Masters Keep “Cornerstone”
5. Old scout
The GTS and Willet were basically a tie. 3 of us said the two were a coin toss to pick, one said willer was by far the best and the other said so for Stagg. Agin this was a true blind, so no bias involved.
We all agreed the best thing we drank all night was the Red Breast 27. That simply a special whiskey that is difficult to describe. Incredible!
Overall this was a night of some heavy hitters. We downed some juice tonight!
