I’m not a huge fan of ryes overall, but this one is great to me.

Sure thing. It’s a cool little store and the few times I’ve been they had a decent selection of store picks.

How’s that four gates baw?

Sorry for just getting back to you, i don’t check in all the time. Ima be honest with you.. maybe I have a gutter palate, it’s good but not worth what I paid. It’s my first Four Gate so I was expecting some sort of “WOW” or “aha” moment out of it. Do I regret it? No. But would I recommend someone paying what I paid for this? Not a chance. Maybe it’ll open up but as of now, I’d prefer a Redemption 10 year barrel proof + $100 in my pocket or 3-4 $60-70 bottles over this. EDIT: It opened up quite a bit just after writing that response (about 5-10 min). Much better. Worth the price? Tbd

That KC Cask Strength Rye and any of the Barrell Single Barrel Ryes are auto-purchases if I come across them. Well done.

Still need to try something from NBC. A friend is in Ireland and picked up a bottle of RB 21 for me. Really looking forward to trying it. This one is solid.

Evening baws, had a couple Parish Vermilionaire’s at Spoonbill earlier (happy hour $4.50 each hard to beat that), went to Rhythms and back home now for my FPD

Had to have a good one
