My wife is going to be at a conference so I had to find shite to do. Distillery tour Thursday,
When I did tour right before shut down it was fantastic. You pay for the tasting but whatever bottles are on the wall are available to taste for additional 5.00 when we were there. And the pours were at least 1 oz each.

I wasn’t drinking today, until a client showed up with a bottle of wilderness trail barrel proof rye. First time I’ve tried it, it was very enjoyable.

Pour of the day
I know this, yet no matter how many times I see this and rationalize it my brain still reads 1PD as "First Pour Down." I can't help it

I always read it as "x pour drink"
Pour of the day is too wordy

Chumming the waters in here to see who the local sharps are. He doesn't want lines and doesn't post his good stuff publicly in forums like HBS, so I respect T's decision. Have we met?
just saw your post from the other day and visited T since i'm not too far from his shop. excited to try out the EC, but i also picked up his barrel rye pick - 14yr canadian clocking in at 131 proof. the sample i had in store was really good.

NOBF barrel pick like the above Martins pick.
Talk about not the same barrel. martins's is a cinnamon bomb and the NOBF is a caramel bomb. both are terrific

1PD. This is a beautiful whiskey. Great balance with a certain something unique to it. For $50 it’s hard to beat

For those of you who’ve had Larceny BP C921, do you think it’s worth $86?
