Cocktail theme tonight. Boulevardier and Manhattan at a restaurant. 3pd back home is a lazy, but good,old fashioned. EC Old fashioned mix with another good Maisanos pick as the base.

Is that nulu officially in the "recommend" category now? I've scaled back on purchases lately. Early start and finish tonight. Lpd is one I wasn't expecting to like this much

I wouldn't recommend old elk unless you're looking to venture outside the typical bourbon profile. I can completely understand why it's polarizing. It just happens to hit some notes I really like.
