The 4R sib is remarkable in its consistency and price point. Unlike others,it has also remained pretty widely available.
It's still my first suggestion when someone wants to step up from entry level stuff, especially in terms of something to try neat. There's a lot of good stuff out there, but it's a personal favorite.
On a related note, the barrel strengths are amazing. Just sucks that very few places around here get them.
