Finally got my hands on the TA Blanton’s pick. Big thanks to No8Easy2, the best damn mule of TA bourbon on this side of the Mississippi.

If you get a chance while you are here, sample the Axe and Oak. They are another CO distillery making really good bourbon and rye.

Their standard release bourbon is a really easy sipper and they have some single barrel releases that are really good.

I’m not a big straight rye fan, but I really like theirs.

Probably my favorite CO distillery. I think the only other state they sure try sell in is Texas

The distillery is in Colorado Springs, a little out of the way if you are in Salida, but it can be found almost anywhere in the state.

I've been looking for that one, I saw TW in both Mandeville and Metairie had some recently, but I haven't seen it anywhere in Lafayette.
