I have gotten several bottles of the new EHTSiB. I have opened two. I dont think the neck pours were very good. I am holding a week and trying again soon. That's been my every day pour since 2013/14...the old barrels were much better.

You don’t have no mo? I think I have had 12 and 107 by them self once. About 11 years ago. 50/50 ever since. Except for when we tried some 60/40s in both directions in here in like 2013.

That's the only reason I had a stash of 12 and 107....back when those were $30.

I have only old bottles of Weller 12.

I traded 8 new weller 12s to get a whole bunch of old Turkey

That is true for just about them all. Pumping out young bottles to capitalize on the craze.

There’s a few 120proof bottles of scotch out there.

Hanging onto my last few, especially the old style bottles. All the new look bottles will likely become PMP for me. Just a huge difference

They have raised the proof at distillation over the years to max profits. It's the best an most logical explanation of their product (not all) decline.

I got a call from our mutual friend tonight. Take a guess what barrel pick he is interested in?

I just traded away my last old style bottle of 12. I kept the last 107 and opened it to insure I didn't trade it. I probably should have traded it for a jeep or an old Lexus.

Seeing y’all talk about these old bottles makes me see how young I am
