I don't really measure anything out for my reg OF. I guess 2 oz of the kola infused bourbon, maybe 1/8 tsp of the syrup and three strong dashes of the bitters. The kola bourbon is wildly interesting. Went up the Chattanooga yesterday to get it and a few other bottles from the distillery, but I may go back and get another one of these. This is from their website:

To make Batch 045, we started with a blend of 4 unique bourbon mash bills—containing 8 distinct malted grains. We then infused the whiskey for over a week with nearly 200 pounds of 10 hand-selected botanicals – kola nut, citrus peel, dried cherries, sarsaparilla, vanilla, cinnamon, marshmallow root, ginger, mace, and cardamom.

Also has some sugarcane in it.
