very conflicting .. the nose is amazing, the palate hits you with graasy, earth up front. did not expect that after the nose. over all, very, very nice.

You were right about the JD, but I was not expecting peanut butter. It's very distinctive. love it. JD is a outstanding

Thoughts on sugarfield? Just got into bourbon about a year ago exclusively. Right now it's 94 proof but from barrels from someone else while they age their own.

I'm in Ponchatoula so the selection is limited. They have this at our rouses on occasion.

Any recommendations in the $50-75 range or something else worth splurging on and saving for on special occasions would be welcome. Im currently enjoying sugarfield as daily sipper.

I have a family (4 year old) so can't go too crazy.
