Miss my Taylor bottle. Was at BT a few months ago and picked up two Eagle Rares and two Blantons but missed out on the Taylor day. Prefer Taylor over ER and Blantons by a long shot.

I’ll let you decide if it’s an accurate description, but if I had to compare it to anything that I’ve ever had I would say it most closely compares to a very good purple top

I visited their operations in Cleveland last summer, in the lobby they had two empty purple tops signed by Willett employees. Although antidotal, I came away believing they work with Willett, and others. My two cents

Well it’s happening the shine and hipsters are wearing off of bourbon. Brown Forman layoffs amid declining sales and stock price fall.
Some of it is the economy for sure, but I feel like many distillers looked at secondary pricing and raised prices, especially on special releases too high. 2025 might be the great reset for bourbon.
