I need to figure out something for my Saz and ER barrels. About to have a Blantons too. They don't go with the style of my interior so I am thinking underneath a covered area in my backyard

Do you garden or plant vegetables? Cut them in half and use them for planters.

I don't often audibly say " Dam this is good "
But Jesus Hussein Christ this is good!

Bayou rum is pretty solid IMO. The spiced is a good all day drinker for me. That sugar cane one is good. I do not like the aged 3y one. The Mardi Gras XO is delicious! Maybe I will have a little taste when I’m done with this tequila LOL

I have two 4 roses barrels that I got from parish brewing sitting on my back porch just as decoration or a spot to put stuff on. Make sure you screw the rings into the wood because when it shrinks they just drop down to the ground and leave a rust ring… Ask me how I know

This is good advice...may or may not have a Four Roses barrel delivered this week and have to figure out what to do with it...also a back porch project

Definitely tap some screws through those bands
Rum...it’s brown like bourbon

Any idea where I can find a barrel? I'd like to build a table or a cabinet out of one

Urban South had some for sale over the weekend.

I have a wine barrel... it's a little bigger than a bourbon barrel if ya interested.

Thanks, but I'd prefer bourbon since that's what I like to drink and likely what the project will be for

Canseco's in old Metairie has 3 single barrel pick eagle rare 750s for anyone in the area looking. Their BT pick was good, no clue if they actually do the picking though.

Yep. Not sure how that didn't make it into my edited post
And Langenstein's has a store pick whistle pig 10 for $80. May need to grab that one.

NP. Figured. It’s just sitting in my garage and I’d like the space back
