Good question - I'm not sure. By your post I see you get your beverages at the same establishments

Do you work at the U as well? I don't know a whole lot of people outside the community of the U, lol

I do but I'm not in the medical field. I have a couple family members up there that are in the med field. Can I ask what field you are in?

I have to spend some time in the Metairie/Kenner area today. The only places there that I know to look for whiskey are Martin's and Dorignacs. Any other suggestions?

I never paid much attention to the batches on mine so I took a look at the ones I have here out of curiosity. I have 18yr batch 7,9,12 and 21 batch 3,7,8.
the lower batch 18s taste much different?

The thought is lower batches are better juice to get you hooked then sell you lesser juice in the higher batches. I personally don't believe that theory.

There are only handful of distributors for an area. We need a listing of who carries what. I used to be connected to the industry in a prior life but my connections are now all gone...

Nice. I've never seen AE in lafayette.. Been wanting to try it.

You wont see it here unless someone can manage to pick it up. I heard that Shillings was going to try too. I order it from a place in new jersey for 38.99 (best price I seen).

I thought I saw this at Dorignac's in New Orleans, am I mistaken?

Unless they got it from out of state and not a local distributor then yes you probably are. They list 23 states on there site..louisiana isnt one of them.
