I have been selling some grain to Midwest Grain Products in Lawrenceburg IN. I knew they were making ethanol but I was telling one of their guys how much I liked Angels Rye he said yea we make that. He told me they sell a ton of rye whisky to other companies. Crazy how a company can buy their rye for a little more than the cost of ethanol per gallon put it in a rum or sherry cask for a few months and sell it for $70 a 750ml.

They make all the Rye for Angels Envy, Belle Meade, Bulleit, George Dickle, and Willet brands. Also supply Tin Cup and Seagrams 7. And a ton of Micro brands you have never heard of.
