On a side note bowman brothers is good and cheap small batch...but for a little more money John bowman single barrel is so much better I think...worthy upgrade!!

I find the same...don't even consider the Bowman Bros anymore, go straight for the John J...

Also, huge side note but I gotta meet up with you fockers next time I'm in Lafayette for a weekend...I'll try to bring something halfway worthy of y'all's stash...

aaaah cool! i had the numbers mixed around.

Gonna do the unthinkable later, been trading samples with the boss and he brought me some Oban 18 this morning. Will be my first foray into good scotch

As an ex avid scotch drinker, I wasn't a big fan of Oban. Very different than the Speysides I love. You may love it but just know when dealing with Scotches, don't write it off because of a bad experience with one. Depending on the region they are distilled in, they taste very different from one another.

Yeah that parkers has a big target on it


Also Marcellos here in laffy got there barrel of Jeffersons in...48 cases so theres plenty. I dont think its the reserve "very old" just the regular one.
