3 of those are very good, very highly sought after whiskeys. 1 is a really really bad bourbon.

Maybe the BMH is there because they are going to show you what bad bourbon tastes like then bust out the other 3 to show you what good bourbon taste like

man, i've tried. i've heard of people finding decent bottles of the NAS BMH but every one I've tried has been terrible. Very unrefined and tastes like burnt corn or something.

Now the age stated BMH is a totally different story but you arent gonna find that on shelves.

What do you think people are paying on the secondary market? I see crazy prices at some sites, but I can't believe that people are paying these asking prices.

For those of you with PVW 23, how long have you had it bunkered or otherwise nursed it?? I've never been accused of being cheap with my bourbon purchases, but I would hate forking over $300 for a single bottle, even though I'm sure I would (this year at least, considering its maybe the last of the SW juice). For me, $300 buys a lot of very good bourbon.

If I ever did, I'm sure I would only drink it on the most special occasions. Do you guys go through it, or tap into it rarely?

Well I'm very late to this thread, but I'll ask anyway.

Have ya'll tried Hudson Baby Bourbon Whiskey? I ordered it on a whim the other day at Bacchus Bistro and it's probably the best whiskey I've ever had.

Curious of the board's opinion.
