OFBB has one of the best noses out there and it has a good finish but tons of oak. It gets a lot of hype because its a good annual release but it's not on the same level of btac, 4roses le, etc..

thoughts on Forty Creek?

just won a bet with a cowboys fan and thought this would be a good choice to commemorate the 40 first downs.

is this along the same price as knob and woodford?

Last time I had it it was decent but a cheaper version of Crown, like a Canadian Club or something along those lines.

For those of you that use the BX, I have a question: How much time do you give someone after accepting their offer to contact you back?

I posted a trade offer Saturday morning and a guy made me an offer that I accepted Saturday night. I gave him my shipping info and haven't heard anything since. I understand some people don't get Facebook notifications on their phones but what's a reasonable amount of time before going on to the next person?

I saw your post on there....

I've never traded anything but the sales I've participated in all went fairly quick. I either made payment or received payment within an hour or so. You should be able to see if he has read your messages...

if it were me anything after 2 days I would move to the next offer.

If this was the iso of pappy 15, or 20, I bet the second thoughts are creeping in.

Yes it is that one. I've got 3 more offers waiting in the wings and hate letting those go stale - especially with how quickly posts are buried.

The one 20 year offer I've received wants all 3 bottles. The 3 seemingly serious offers are for a 15 year.

I just checked message from the first guy - he read it at 11pm Saturday. I'm sending a message that I'm moving on and will be done with that.

Yeah I thought it was pretty good. I waited as long as I could to try to find some locally, but have been SOL. And I need to reduce the bunker quantity a bit.
