It got cut down but we are looking at a 20, a Lot B, 4- 10 year olds and Rye coming in the Fall...

Not trying to bring you down but a lot can change in that time, especially when it's a friend of a friend. I would temper my expectations, just saying. Would be awesome for sure though, but believe it when you see it
