First reviews of seasoned wood are in and they aren't good. Saying its a failed experiment and not near as good as Cured Oak. I always take these reviews with a grain of salt because you never know if they have some kind of agenda, and plus everyone has different tastes. Like Sis said below, maybe it means more with be available....doubt it though haha

Per Breaking Bourbon: To sum it up: Aged for well over a decade in barrels that underwent a series of unique treatments, high expectations for Seasoned Wood fall flat as the end result is nothing more than a boring bourbon.

After seeing the hype that consumed sweet wheat i doubt we'll get this lucky .

The wheated bourbon can suck and people will still go ape shite over it.

Anybody tried any Willett single barrel 7 year rye? The one I got is 115.6 proof. I'm looking around and there aren't many reviews on it.

No, but I did pick up two bottles of the 4yr the other day but I have not tried them either. So I guess I am no help.
