For whatever reason, I have no dove into any Old Forester. That prohibition style is the one I see posted the most on here. Assuming it’s the best? It’s usually on the shelf at the store I hit. Guess I need to grab one.

Yep the 1910 and 1920 are the best of the lineup. Others are not bad but those two are tops.

AntiqueTiger where did you get your barrel?

I get them from a guy in Reserve, LA. If you are interested in a raw barrel, hit me up. When I go down there, I grad 3-4 barrels, but only pay for the ones I need, and he lets me take a couple extra, that I pay him for at a later time, when I sell them. It just saves me a trip of going down every time I need a barrel.
So, if you are interested, I do have one extra, you can have at my cost, $75

The 1910 has a heavy smokey taste in my opinion, which isn’t my cup of tea.

The 1920, however, is outstanding.

1910 is heavy butterscotch oak like Woodford Double Oak.

I like it

What’s the consensus on EC18? Found a bottle for $150 which I think is retail. That’s usually my max price I’ll pay on a single bottle but I’m usually buy stagg or handy at that point.
