I’m still working on that project. EC actually contacted me back. I bought a cheap hydrometer. It didn’t work. It said my “not hot” bottle was 110 proof and my “hot” bottle was 100.
I did double check the densities again, the hot bottle is still 77 grams at 90ml, and 83 grams for my non hot bottle.
