Has anyone here ever assembled a bourbon barrel?
Taking it apart was very simple, but I have a feeling putting it back together is going to be a pain in the arse unless I know the trick to putting it together.
I think I have found the one subject where there is no video on YouTube, on how to do it. I found a couple, but one is just installing the head (which looks like a PITA), and one was for wine barrels.

I have never. It seems like it would be a pita. Uncle jack has one that was posted a cpl pages back that he had built. He may know or have someone that does.

Update on the barrel:
All the staves are distressed (sanded) and stained. Now I gotta remove all the rust from the bands and paint
