qoute "I love it but I usually like the distillers edition a little more and it's usually cheaper and still 16yr I think"

This, the 16 is not what it used to be even 6 yrs ago and especially early 2000s or 90s. Lagavulin distillers edition and the 12 are better IMO, have 2 bottles of the 8 but have yet to open one. I actually prefer Ardbeg Uegeadal to the 16 and it is about 20 bucks cheaper. It is also non chill filtered, natural color and cask strength.

I haven't seen a weller store pick of any variety in a long time unfortunately.

I've been a Lagavulin 16 fan for a while. Bought a bottle of Ardbeg Uegeadal just the other day. Its very good. I plan to do a side by side soon.

Alright so here's the update from the Covington Acquistapaces: They are out of the barrel pick Blantons but the Mandeville location still has some. I will fill as many of these requests as I can based on their availability and in order of being requested on here. In addition they have the following in Covington: Russell's Reserve Whistlepig 10 WT American Spirit Bernheim Wheat (I'd advise against this but it's your funeral) Kelsey Creek And if anyone has had difficulty getting an OF1920 they had 4 bottles on the shelf. I'll update again tomorrow when I can get to the Mandeville location to see what they have.

I will take a Blanton's. WT American Spirit or Kentucky Spirit?

I will be happy to pick up any BR picks that you might want. I know you are coming in town but may not have time to hit any other stores. Just let me know. Thanks.

So are y'all open to outsiders joining your safety meeting? No biggie if not. Just looking to have a drink before the raffle and make a few connections in the bourbon world.

Sorry I always goof that up. Kentucky Spirit.

I miss my American Spirit bottle. Gone but not forgotten.

I appreciate the offer but I have a coworker from Prairieville that keeps me in stock.

They only take orders in person at their Louisville locations. I'd need a mule.

Need an inventory count on that Alexanders pick. I'm sure they are wondering why that shite has been flying off the shelves.

I think I talked with the liquor manager last night, I told him his ER was getting real good reviews and expect for us local bourbon guys to hit it pretty good...
