This probably isn't the thread but I don't want to start a new one. Amsterdam Vodka, I'm highly impressed by this. Had it tonight for the first time and the two I had were very smooth and easy to drink.

Interesting...can you describe the taste of the scotch? It has really nice coloration.

This one on nose has a bunch of fruit notes, apples and pears, the taste is more apples, honey, some sweetness at first, the finish is warm and spicy from the oak fades fairly fast and drying with some herbal notes. No peat so not a smoky one. It is natural color so no caramel added to make it darker.

How does that Special Reserve compare to the other Blanton's TA? The lower proof has kept me from buying one so far.
