Tossing in the budgets to prove a point
The plan is to progress from lightly sweet to very to spicy to ardbeg.
Looks like your bourbons are pretty well represented. A scotch might be the best option for something different.
I'm a fan of Balvenie.
Or you could go with a peaty scotch like Lagavulin. Those always start conversations.

Suggest you go in increasing order of proof. But also need to consider the peaty ones like Ardbeg dominating your palate.
