Grilled if I’ve never been. Blackened if they know what they’re doing or I’m cooking

Ive has a bronzed fish from here that was excellent, I don’t want a dry fish blackened. Which one of these is least dry you think? Grouper?

He offered ‘snapper’ at the last minute and I took that blackened. Tile fish from the gulf?

No, Stinky’s...but I should definitely go to Hook’s more. None of my friends or wife like fish that much so I never go. They do whole fish specials?

Do they still have the Old Cuevas Bistro chef from when they were by the 10 E/W split from the coast?

I watch a lot of youtube guys out of Florida and supposedly Golden Tile is one of the best fish to eat. I'd go with that and get it grilled.

Yes. Tilefish puts grouper to shame. They eat a lot of lobsters and crabs so they have a wonderful sweet flavor.

Snapper is delicious! I do get curious how often restaurants will sell you snapper but what shows up at the table is a Drum.

I wouldn't take Mahi or Amberjack.

I have never had Tile. I love grouper. If I was feeling adventurous I go with the tile, if not I go grouper. Grilled on both

Mahi is the most overrated fish in the ocean to me.

I've never had tile, so I'd go with that. Blackened
