I saw that yesterday as well. FWIW, I've been there once, my brother lives 1/2 mile from there and went about twice a year. There were never any cars there when I drove by.

It's still a tough market here. The guy bank rolling spigots has very deep pockets. This is his dream and he doesn't care what it costs. Hate to see which craft go
