For the money, white label Evan Williams is the winner.

100 proof Old Forester is damn good but will run you $40.

Cumberland Cask Barrel Proof 120
David Nicholson Reserve 100 proof
Devil's River Barrel Strength (115 proof) - from TX, this one was great
Johnny Drum 101 proof

Did not like, or only good for mixing (which I never do):
