Watermark has a pretty nice hotel bar. Same with the Capital Hilton. Bengal Tap Room has a bunch of different beer, as the name would imply. Bald Eagle is a a good dive

Happy’s, River Room, Bengal Tap Room are all pretty meh. River Room being the most upscale.

That’s what I would suggest - uber to the overpass. Can hop around from Ivar’s to Bumsteers, Overpass Merchant, Kalurah, etc

Yeah downtown has been a ghost town the last couple of times I went. Enjoyed living there from 2012-2017.
Overpass also just added BLDG 5 which has good food and a nice little patio bar.
