I went to lunch at Piece of Meat yesterday, they had some in their butcher fridge for sale.

I've read that ethnic grocery stores will have pork belly for purchase

Back from Costco and the whole pork bellies are $3.29 a lb.

Shank Charcuterie on St. Claude generally has some good pork belly in their cold case.
