They should still be able to get the shrink wrap around it

I have one like yours pictured with the tap connection and CO2. Never used it.

I got one of those Yeti tumblers for Christmas. First Yeti product I have ever owned. I don't get the hype.

I think the ones at the top of this page are pretty expensive. Had a friend by it for me.

Just eat the cost on a cheap glass one at a brewery. Like 5 bucks. Hell, I probably have one you can have.

i've tossed my fair share of those in the recycle bin. was kind of tired of doing that, hence the new growler. the stupid heat seal was an afterthought

Bulldog has filled my personal growler before. It isn't something they offer but I can't imagine a reason they'd say no to money.

Believe me none of the Bulldog employees care about my tits. They may have done it just because it's us, but like I said.. Can't imagine them turning someone down for that. Not when they can charge them for however many ounces of beer and make money. I could be wrong though.

My sis in law got me a growler for Christmas though assumed it would be just for decoration but I would like to actually use it. Its just glass with a regular twist top. Is this how most growlers are and will it keep beer from going flat for a decent amount of time?

I asked them if I could get my growler filled there, and they told me no.

Well shite. Seems crappy to be a beer bar and say no to that.

Exactly. I didn't understand why they would not want me to buy beer from them. Unless there was a legal reason or something, I can't imagine why they wouldn't fill it.

I really like the crowlers, more than the growlers. I think the beer last longer, and they are easier to pack or ship. I just wish more places would go this route.

I know of 1/2 dozen places that do crowlers in Portland. There are probably 100's of places that do growlers. I would like to see this ratio go up a little...
