I agree with Catman about everything that he said about PoBoy Express. I'm orginally from New Orleans and there is no way in hell that PoBoy Express can say what they serve is an actual poboy. The bread makes it a true poboy and most of the places in Baton Rouge serve that soft bread crap. Besides, living near some middle east dudes in a dorm while at LSU, there is no way in hell that I'm going to eat anything that is prepared by someone that is from the middle east.

George's makes a good shrimp poboy but they are proud of it. It cost me $15 for a shrimp pboy with fries and a drink the other day before tip.
