I got on an olive loaf kick a year or so ago but with sandwich spread, swiss and lettuce. The sweet of the sandwich spread with the salty goodness of the olive loaf is a game changer.

Olive loaf is good but as of late the liver cheese with a dab of blue plate has been outstanding!

Cubanos kick lately. Shredded roast pork, deli ham slices, swiss, mustard/mayo mix, pickles...pressed on whatever bread the HEB bakery has that looks good (bonillo rolls often). Wish they had better options for french bread.
