I lean more to the sour side but, sweet, sour and spicy. I love that combination. Plus, cantaloupe goes really good with stew.

Probably not that weird, but I dip my fries in Blue Cheese dressing.
When I was a kid, I loved egg noodles and Heinz 57 sauce. Not sure I could stomach it today.

I dip my pork chops in mayo. Whether they are fried, grilled, whatever - I eat them with mayo.
Also mix mayo into my red beans and rice, but I think this is fairly common.
I like hot sausage with my red beans, and I dip that in mayo as well.
