Seafood comes in down the list for me, I like it just not my fav.. And I really don't care for oysters in it either. A doz on the half shell can come by anytime!

Okra is a Cajun must.
With a watery roux and potatoe salad in the middle of it.
But tomato is a Creole must.

But no tomato for me.

Okra, definitely, not tomato. Very few restaurants or New Orleans' families always add tomato.
