My favorite is Eggs Benedict with spinach for special occasions. Normally, scrambled or fried eggs with sausage and toast is my go to.

smoked link sausage, hasbrowns with o/e eggs mixed, with a little bit of ketchup on the side.. Homemade buttermilk cathead biscuits, with old fashioned churned butter and ribbon cane syrup...

Love the sweet/salty combo of pancakes and bacon. A good quality maple syrup and coffee- only cream.

Fresh Mango, Kiwi, Blueberries, Banana & Avacado. put a little honey over it.....cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain and I'm set.

I eat lunch for breakfast.. although I generally sleep until lunchtime anyway.
