The only Pontchartrain Sauce I have had was shrimp, green onions, mushrooms sautéed in lemon and butter. Magnolia Grill and Steam Room Grill in BR (partially owned by Cannon Clegg) used to serve it.

Lol - I grew up in the city and I worked in the French quarters

Never heard of it

But then again - I never went to the ‘fancy’ places in the quarter
