Is 60lbs feasible for one boil? I've done 45-50 a bunch but not sure if the extra 10lbs will fit or should I just do 2 boils.

I'd do two boils and add an extra 6 pack to the grocery list..

Yes...depends on the size of your strainer.

You can probably do 60 with no issue if you remove the basket and buy a net. I know with mine my basket has a gap about 2 inches from the wall of the pot.
I stopped using mine years ago and can do a lot more crawfish.
Alario Brothers is where I got my net.

ETA: My net

I do 60 pretty regularly in my 100 qt pot with the normal strainer.

I might just make the jump to a 120qt to do 2 full sacks.

Just checked Amazon and they have a 120 qt. pot with strainer for $200 and a Cajun Rocket 120 qt. with strainer for $450.

My brother-in-law has one of the Cajun Rocket pots and it comes to a boil way quicker than my 80 qt. regular pot. It has heavy duty slugs welded to the bottom of the pot that really heat it up quickly and bring it back to a boil quickly. You'll save on propane and time with that type pot if that is important to you.

You'll be pushing it. I would split it into 2 boils.

Last Father's Day i got a new 120 quart, 4mm thick, with pot, lid, basket and a mesh bag for $150ish. From my local hardware store.

That 120 does 65 pounds easily, I've also done a box of crabs (about 70 lbs) in it. It's just a bitch to dump when its nearly half full.

Yes it is. Water alone weighs just over 8 lbs. per gallon and if you have a 120 qt. half full, you have 15 gallons of water that will weigh over 125 lbs. plus the pot weight and that can be awkward for one person to move.

What I do to drain my pot when done is run my hose to the pot and anchor it to the bottom with a brick on top, then turn the water on so some runs into the pot. Then I remove the hose from the faucet and set it down by the drain in my driveway. With the pot on the burner a foot or so above the ground, the water will syphon out of the pot. When it stops draining on its own I only have a couple gallons of water left in the pot to dump.
