Try substituting boudin for rice with chicken and sausage gumbo.

Just try a small bowl, a little too rich for a big bowl of it.

Rotel and Velveeta dip is good during the game, too.

Sunflower seeds are great. A bag takes time to eat. The salt encourages more drinking. And cracking them in your mouth is great for nervous energy.

Pistachios are also good.
