Marinade some chicken in greek yogurt and seasonings then grill.
Make chicken salad with the leftovers and extra greek yogurt.
First time I've tried this and I was pleasantly surprised with the results of substituting greek yogurt for some of the mayo. Ended up with probably 70/30 greek yogurt to mayo in the final mixture.

Last night was nothing notable.
We had pesto chicken with peppers and a salad.
A little french bread.
Tonight I'll probably have bratwurst and cold sauerkraut.

Tried Mississippi chicken tonight. Might just be better than the roast
