Mine is just my old dorm fridge from college. I've got it set at the barely on setting. No idea of the temperature, but I don't think I could make ice in the tiny freezer compartment. Nothing is ever too cold coming from there.

my "cellar" is also a box in my closet. ive only started cellaring beer in the last 6 months or so. we'll see how it goes.

We got a wine fridge for our wedding. With her always pregnant and not drinking it turned into a beer cellar. I just have to keep knocking her up to hold sole ownership.

....A bigger cellar fridge would prob be cheaper.
