I'm not a huge fan of lambics or bretts.

I did, however, make my girlfriend a black and red.

Which is 1/2 raspberry lambic, 1/2 chocolate stout (i used Rogue). It wasn't bad. Like a cordial cherry almost, but with raspberry.

No i havent had the bio. Ive had the classic gueuze by cantillon and it is fantastic. This is their organic version and it recieved slightly lower scores than the classic. I wish i could compare them side by side

I will be comparing giradin and cantillon bio side by side. I remember giradin being way too bitter sour for my liking, but sometimes my palate just doesnt want sours. s14suspense said he enjoyed it so i figured id give it another shot. Ill report back in a fbd thread when i do the tasting.

Gavroche is very good. Its a nice red ale with a slight farmhouse character to it. Its there but not strong. I dont like saisons/farmhouse ales but i do enjoy this one.

Really really good. I found it at spec's in the woodlands. Too bad i only have 1 left.

They toast the coconut, and it comes through. Not overpowering with coconut. Has a good nutty taste to it.

There are some serious beer drinkers on this board!

All I have is:
Budlight bottle
Budlight Can
High Life
Abita Amber
Abita Purple Haze
Abita Strawberry
Abita Jockamo IPA
Abita Mardi Gras Boch
Abita Andygator
Lump of Coal Dark Holiday Stout

Why I have all those Abitas/Bud lights? People came over for Super Bowl etc and left them in my fridge.
