Looking for ideas on what to cook in my pizza oven this weekend. I can hit temps up to 850 on the floor (1,000+ above it) and 2-3 days later I’ll still be in the 250-300 range. Looking for new ideas. I’ve done the following items:
Pizza
Pita bread
Various types of chicken
Smashed potatoes
Cajun ratatouille
Red fish on the half shell
Steaks
Pork spare ribs
Pot roast
Cookies
Bread
Burgers
Jalapeño poppers
I welcome any new ideas.

Get you a nice Boston butt (pork shoulder) cook the pork approximately 3-4 hours, put it in some King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls and make you a fricking kolache, bro.

That looks awesome. Just keep hitting home runs with pizza. Maybe a Gouda Mac and cheese as a side?

This is a subtle brag thread I can get behind. Looks like you have most of the bases covered, only thing I could see you left off the list is some nachos with fresh grated cheese or cheese fries. Looks like that sucker will bubble and brown some cheese when it is up to temp.
Also, maybe pop a lasagna or pan of enchiladas in there when the temp starts coming down.
