Will not get 225 standard or even smaller than standard servings with a 20 gallon

Playing around with the jambalaya calculator, if it were made with rice you you wouldn't get 225 1 1/2 cup servings in a 20 gallon pot. You'd need at least a 24 gallon one.
Spaghetti yields about the same volume as rice, maybe a touch less.

Ok got a 20 gallon pot. I’m going with 20 lbs of noodles

20 pounds of noodles with standard 40 pounds of meat may get you 150 servings if you're monitoring portion sizes.

Be careful - a lb of noodles go WAY further than a lb of rice!

See chart
Rice yields 7.5 cups per pound.

Bottom line is we are feeding 4 teams just he kids for free. So I figured at least 100 but also make a little money on the side hoping 20 lbs is enough

I agree with smartass. You should get about 150-160 servings (small clamshell) from 20lbs of pasta.
My rule of thumb is 5 servings per pound of rice and 7-8 servings per pound of pasta (# 3 spaghetti).

What i'm trying to say or suggest is to just be careful. I know from experience that my pasta to rice ratio is less. I'm cautious and add as needed - unlike rice. I also leave it soupy and know that the pasta will continue to soak up moisture...just depends on how dry you like.
