I like all clad
+1 for All Clad. I recently moved, so I took the opportunity to throw out/donate some old stuff and upgrade.
Got a good sale deal on this 7 piece All Clad for ~ $220.
So I got these, a couple of lodge cast iron skillets, and a set of Costco non-stick skillets. Pretty much all I need.
Barkeepers Friend, a little bit of a soak, then scrub off, and hand dry, and they look like-new.

Tramontina tri-ply is good stuff and a good bit cheaper than All Clad. Review sites like sweethome and Cooks Ill will usually say AC is the superior product, but the tri-ply is a close second that is a bargain.
I think Tramontina makes cheaper lines of product that are thinner, so make sure you are looking at tri-ply.
Kenji did a comparison here. LINK
Here is sweethome's take: LINK
Cooks Illustrated reviewed sets, and All Clad 10 pc. ($799) was the winner. Tramontina tri-ply 8 pc. ($144.97) was runner up and the Best Buy.
I have some Tramontina tri-ply, but I use Le Creuset for almost everything. The Tramontina dutch oven gets a lot use on popcorn night. It's perfect for that.

Sets just come with too many unnecessary pieces, imho. Get a nonstick 12' skillet, a cast iron skillet, a round Le Creuset type pot (6 quarts or so), a larger Le Creuset type Dutch oven, a small stainless steel sauce pot with lid, and then add other pieces as you go along.
Look at Marshall's/Homegoods/Tuesday morning/T.J. maxx for some good pieces.

Le Creuset Dutch ovens and Stock pots
All clad coated fry pans
Plain cast iron skillets and Dutch ovens
Some overlap but I really like the cast iron.

IMO just overpriced garbage just like All Clad
A decent Lodge is every bit as good as Le Creuset. Get Staub for about the same price point.
