French Market Bistro

I had lunch there Friday. This is this first time I've eaten there and I have lived 3 minutes away from it for 3 years.

I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

The Bankok Spa in NO ;)

In all seriousness: Roberto's. I've yet to coordinate my schedule to be there when they're open.

No. I'm missing the joke... You saying my list is too long that I'll never finish? If so...just wait til I make some $$$

btw, got the fricassee and it was phenomenal. I had been wanting to try it for months.

Sadly enough, Stella! and August are on the top of my list. My list isn't very long in New Orleans, because I eat out every chance I get. Still paying off student loans means I don't get to eat at $$$$ places often enough though...

Those are the top of everyone's list. Try Gautreau's and Lilette. Along with Patois, Bistro Daisy, Vizard's, Clancy's and La Petite Grocery.

Not. Those are in BR. There are 20 in NO that are better than anything in BR.

Already been to half of those, and Gautreau's is probably the top of my list as far as my next restaurant to actually step foot upon in New Orleans. That is, unless one of my family members or friends wants to give me a really nice meal for my birthday this month. I suppose in that case I could be dragged to Stella! without much of a fight.

not this shite again.

Sadly, there are way too many on my list for BR and NOLA that I do not have the time/money for....but I'm scratching them off slowly.

Had DiGuilio Brothers and KPauls recently.

IMO, for the last twenty years the best in NO. Stella is right now on a different level from any other place. Go to Gautreau's and you will love it. A guarantee from the Glassman.
