La Caretta on gov st. I feel like I have never had anything worth a shite at this place and I somehow always agree to go there.

My kids like copelands and we have to go there every couple of months.
My in laws have no appreciation for good restaurants and they end up taking us to the average chains because they think the deals are so great

My grandfather is in such poor health that he can barely walk without passing out. Hooked up to oxygen 24/7. Yet after numerous heart attacks and warnings from his doctor, they always want to go eat at places with massive piles of fried seafood. It's better than a crappy chain but it just messes with my body so badly. On top of that, I work at a fried seafood place so its not something I want in my off time.

My mom drags me to Longhorn on the regular. I love her, so I go.

There light menu is o.k. I don't like their steaks.

We're doing this again? I'm still traumatized from the last event!

Longhorn

One of the few chain restaurants that I don't mind. It's certainly no Ruth's Chris (great quality chain IMHO), but I can eat a cowboy ribeye from there.

Nowhere. I am the CEO of a small company. My lone employee is a ten year old girl. I'm like a benevolent dictator cause lord knows that child eats good.

Go to Social, Fat Pats, La Pagua, Charlie G's, Ruffinos, etc. and do the exact same thing with better drinks and much, much better food.

I always heard that it was "the locals place to go", so I figured it was just me, but bbrou is born and raised here and knows his shite when it comes to food and drinks.

Hands down the most overrated place I've ever been to.

Casty me all you want, then find me at Ruffinos, the best restaurant in the city, drinking old fashions and hitting on the best wait staff in town.

What that is? Are you asking me if I work for that company? No, I don't. Why do you think that?

It is what it is. It is a social place where regulars go and have a good time. All cities need thatkind of place.
