Well you don’t get that they are talking about an actual brewery called Southern Craft and not asking what’s the best craft beer in the south.

If anything, Texas probably did less with more when it comes to craft beer. It's better now, but some places (Dallas) definitely lagged majorly.

Dallas Craft beer is behind New Orleans which is sad, Houston has caught up and according to many they surpassed New Orleans in terms of quality. With Urban South Tx, True Anomaly, B-52, Ingenious, Spindletap, Greater Heights, etc...
