If you like garlic.. you have to have a garlic roaster.. Williams Sonoma has em for like 10 bucks. Roast a couple of pods of garlic and keep the roasted garlic in the fridge with olive oil.. Good on everything.

egg slicer

sounds silly, but when making chicken or tuna salads,it makes perfect little egg nuggets. Just drop in the dishwasher.

Food processor

I make sauce probably a few times a month in huge batches.

Makes it so easy to throw all the veggies in and puree instead of chopping everything

I have a Black and Decker chopper. It is a small food processor. I use it all the time, from chopping veggies, to making bread crumbs.

My instant read thermometer gets a lot of use too, so does my electric griddle.

I think my immersion blender is the gadget that most excites me. So much easier to do so many things and so easy to clean.

Also, love this tiny little electric chopper for garlic and fresh herbs. I went through one but bought another as a backup. Has no brand name anywhere on it, so I haven't been able to find this particular model again.

I love my PepperMate grinders. They last forever and are reasonably priced and work wonderfully.
