abita- amber, purple haze, restoration

When I lived in Houston, loved Fireman's 4 and Drifter. Can't find it in Louisiana.

You're telling me that out of all the great beers in the world I have to pick just one as a favorite? I say bullshite. You can keep your pedestrian way of discussing food & drink and I'll stick to letting things stand on their own and refusing to be pigeonholed into some preset category that helps you define who I am without even having a conversation with me.

Don't have any one particular favorite. I tend to go for the reds and lagers vs stouts and IPA's. One of my favorites is the Jeremiah red at BJ's. Also like to try out the seasonals like Christmas ales, summer ales, Oktoberfest, etc.

I've probably drank enough Miller Lite in my lifetime to float an aircraft carrier. For everyday drinking, I would have to go with Abita Amber or Shiner Ruby Redbird (that has stuck around Baton Rouge for a long time this year). My favorite overall right now is Saint Arnold Endeavour
